About Your Therapist
My name is Crystal W. Guth
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist by trade, and a witness by practice. For over a decade I have had the privilege to assist others as they navigate the twists and turns of life. I am licensed in both Texas and California, and am certified in Executive Coaching, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems. I offer in person therapy and tele-health upon request.
A Bit About Therapy
The struggles of life can leave you feeling stuck and biding your time for change. Therapy provides a safe and secure space for you to explore the obstacles that keep you on hold and find solutions to propel positive internal and external changes. During our sessions, I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to
accept and integrate complex emotions. Through this process I strive to empower patients to find their inner strength, courage, and peace. I tailor my approach to fit the needs of each individual and circumstance. Together, we will approach the challenges and rewards of therapy as you move away from unhelpful habits and towards your ideal self.
I work with individuals, couples, and families; specializing with young adults. Together we work through tough transitions, overcome self-defeating habits, and develop individualized coping skills and strategies for managing difficult thoughts and emotions. Additionally, we will work to explore and understand emotions, unhelpful patterns, and improve quality of life and relationships.
As an executive coach I offer support to individuals in their professional development. Together we examine career goals and identify obstacles that are preventing you from moving towards your aspirations. Collaboratively, we will create stategies and solutions to help you take the neccessary steps towards your path to success.
